Toxic company and culture with no respect of work-life and balance, poor management
The good thingsGood team that became friends
The challengesToxic culture. Poor management. No work-life balance. Bosses message you even on Sunday evenings. HR does not help the staff and ONLY defends the company's interests. Yes, that is acceptable, but working 24/7, including weekends, is something to consider about. Deadlines will kill you; yeah, they are common in advertising and creative companies, but not here. I would not recommend working for this company if you have a life and a family to spend time with.
