GV shows genuine care for employee well-being by promoting creativity, learning,& work-life balance.
The good thingsWorking at Global Virtuoso has been a genuinely positive experience for me. I truly appreciate the flexibility of having both work-from-home and hybrid arrangements, which greatly support a healthy work-life balance. The company fosters an inclusive culture where employees feel comfortable approaching management with concerns or ideas. I also enjoy the fun engagement activities and the many opportunities for growth. From night outs, karaoke sessions, and sports activities, these experiences help build meaningful connections within the team—something not commonly found in other workplaces. Global Virtuoso also invests in employee development by offering free trainings, wellness programs, and a mental health channel that provides a safe space for employees to be heard. It’s reassuring to work for a company that values overall well-being just as much as performance, while encouraging creativity and open communication.
The challengesThe fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, especially for those new to the industry, but it also makes the work engaging and dynamic.

The work environment is supportive, professional, and collaborative, and with approachable leaders
The good thingsI have had a positive experience working with the company. Management is supportive, and the work environment promotes professionalism and collaboration. The company provides opportunities for learning and growth, and employees are encouraged to perform at their best. Overall, it is a good organization to work for. Working with the company has been a rewarding experience. The team is cooperative, and management is open to feedback. While there are challenges, the company makes efforts to support employees and improve processes. It is a workplace that values growth and teamwork. I appreciate the supportive culture and positive work environment within the company. Leadership is approachable, and colleagues are helpful and respectful. The company recognizes employee efforts and provides opportunities for professional development.
The challengesA key challenge encountered was adapting to new procedures and work processes. With guidance from the team and management, this challenge became an opportunity for learning and growth.

There was also a noticeable lack of fairness and transparency in decision-making.
The good thingsI had an unpleasant experience working at Global Virtuoso. The work environment was very stressful, and management often created unnecessary tension among employees.
The challengesCommunication and leadership could be greatly improved, as decisions were sometimes influenced by favoritism and poor coordination

If you seek a company that truly values its employees. Global Virtuoso is a great place to work with
The good thingsI have been employed at Global Virtuoso for five years in the role of Quality and Process Improvement Lead, and my overall experience has been quite positive. What I appreciate: The workplace is friendly and inclusive — my colleagues and managers are supportive and receptive to new ideas. There is a healthy work-life balance; the company promotes flexibility and makes sure that employees are not consistently overworked. Professional growth is prioritized: I have had access to training programs and have been encouraged to embrace new challenges. The company’s values are clearly communicated and evident in daily operations: integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement are essential.
The challengesAlthough there are numerous opportunities available, it would be beneficial to clarify the career progression paths so that employees have a clear understanding of their next goals. From time to time, we encounter tight deadlines or busy phases that demand additional concentration — however, this is typical in our field, and management makes an effort to accommodate these situations.

    Supportive Team and Engaging Work
The good thingsWorking at Global Virtuoso has been a rewarding experience, especially because of the supportive and approachable colleagues who make collaboration easier. The role provides opportunities to work with international clients and gain exposure to different projects, which really helps sharpen skills and build confidence. The flexible working arrangements have also been a big plus, making it easier to manage work and personal commitments.
The challengesLike any growing company, there are areas that can still be improved. Some processes could be more streamlined to save time, and communication across departments can sometimes be clearer. The fast-paced environment may also feel overwhelming at times, especially for those who are new to the industry, but it is also what makes the work exciting and dynamic.

    Management
    May 2018
Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
The management is kept on changing because of the POOR leadership of the owner who is also the CEO.
The good thingsIf you want a job that just minds you to do your work without any fulfillment, this is the best place for you. If you do not wish to establish meaningful and deep relationship that extends to personal life, this company is for you. If you enjoy ambiguity of roles and changing company direction depending on the mood of the CEO and CFO, this company is recommendable.
The challengesThe leadership team does not know what to do in taking the company to fulfill its potential. Salary is low compared to other new players. For a small organization, the company is so overly controlled by a handful and lacks processes. Any professional will have a hard time to thrive in the working environment here. Dealings with Management is also regrettable.
