    Challenging and exciting
    The good thingsIt was challenging, there was a down side but on the other hand it was exciting. (Interviewing applicants).
    The challengesInterviewing applicants, I cannot say that I don't like rather it was very challenging because your just an intern and all the question that your going to ask is scripted but then some applicant are already more professional and experienced that its hard to lead the interviews.
