    Good for newbies. Starting salary is lower compared to other companies but good working experience overall.
    The good thingsThere is a work and life balance. The colleagues and the management made it much easier not to be absent even for a day.
    The challengesWorking for this company have been a great experience so far. The only struggles I have is the client's high expectations even for the newbies but this depends on the account that you've been assigned to.

    It's like a training ground for starters 'coz their going to train you hard until you can do your job on your own. Unfortunately, some leaders didn't want you to grow and outshine them so better not expect anything..just enjoy the environment trust me , it's fun.

    The good thingsIts a fun company to be in. You never feel the need to fit in. Everyone is very approachable especially the management. We have a lot of things to do, even when working you can still have fun. Job wise, you have everything you need. Tools are up to date. You have your own work station. We even change teams so that everyone can meet everybody. When were not working, we have company events and every now and then there's the birthday tradition. Oh yeah, they never miss the payout.

Job wise, you have all the support you need, Global keeps everything up to date. Salary, oh what can i say, its been the best. Never have we experience any delays. There so much to do in Global.
