    The good thingsWorking environment is okay.
    The challengeslimited resources especially in recruitment, they are not flexible in investing for other resources. no training allotment for the staff. first 3 months of employment, they will not pay for your government mandated benefits, start of payment once you are a regular employee. No career development, routinary work.
