    I love working in GSC
    The good thingsGSC values work-life balance. They discourage us to work overtime so we can enjoy our social life. They have fun and exciting monthly events with prizes and foods. Also, they have monthly employees' catch up whereas we have the opportunity to talk with the management and raise our concerns or clarifications. Thank you, GSC for treating us not as an employee, but as family!

    Not the company to spend your time and skills
    The good thingsFlexible schedule, colleague and summer outing
    The challengesNeeds MORE investment regarding technology and process improvement. Tasks that are not related to your job. Management doesn't know how to handle their employees. Office doesn't provide a good ambiance to work. Hard time getting new clients which leads to downsizing.

    A Company who values their employees very much
    The good thingsworking environment is ok, the people you worked with are really ok. Even the management, they care about their employees welfare. I regret leaving the company coz of better offer. stable clients too
