    The good thingsWorking with GROW is a blast experience for me. The whole Recruitment Team are not just professionals but can also be consider as a friend who extend a helping hand for you to find the best opportunity in the market. Their approach with their recruitment process is very non-traditional which is great since they don't just consider what their Clients wants but also consider what their Candidates wish to have and do their best to meet both ends.     FRESH out of college (way back 2010)
    The good thingsThe time I was hired by Grow I was fresh out of Uni, had the opportunity to work for medium and big companies in the Philippines. I was taught by some awesome mentors that until now I have connection with (some of them). all in all it was challenging yet I had a good experience working with them
    The challengesBy the time I was working for Grow. One of the challenges was the compensation I got from them. Little to almost non benefits, (aside from the mandated, well that was it).
