    Bad project management
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly. Somehow, they try to help you. Good work-life balance. Flat organization
    The challengesVery poor project management. We made proposals and spent months for planning. Suddenly, we were asked to revamp all of this, and deliver the next solution in unreasonable timeline (3 days after). If you're going to utilize AI, invest on tools and people. Don't lowball your employees. Also, AI is not magic.
