    Grateful but never again.
The good thingsDepending on what company you'll be assigned but some of them offers WFH set up.
The challengesHR team is unresponsive. You would never feel like you're part of the company. No assistance whatsoever. They would only be responsive upon hiring you. But when you get in the company, that's when their true color shows. Backpay received 3 months after you resigned.

Need maturity in management and respect for people
The good thingsDayshift, office location is accessible
The challengesManager doesn’t know about operations and handling people. More of a show about being religious but not actually practicing respect for people. Load balancing is based on office politics. Heavy workload given to employees who are really performing well but evaluation is based only on friendship and not on work performance.

A Partner in Expats' Life Changing Moves
The good thingsIt is fulfilling to be instrumental in successfully transporting the household goods of Expats from one country to another. It is tough for these persons to live in a new environment and culture and it is our duty as Global Move Specialist to ensure that they adapt well to the new community they will be living in. This company also gave me the opportunity to interact in a multi-cultural environment.
The challengesThe challenges that makes it tough to fulfill your job is when the modes of transportation are not available according to the Expats' preferred timeline. The stress they feel ripple to us which we need to contain and convert to positive experience.
