    It's a great place to work,offering professional support, competitive pay, & a positive environment.
    The good thingsThe owner is very hands-on and actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. He treats everyone like family, shows genuine understanding, and is always willing to accommodate most of our needs and concerns. The team environment is positive and supportive—everyone is easy to work with, and there is little to no toxicity. It’s a workplace where people genuinely enjoy each other’s company.
    The challengesGOATI is already a great place to work. It would be even better if the SIL credits matched industry standards and the office setup were more ergonomic to support employees’ comfort and productivity.

    The good thingsThe management and the owner are both doing great treating their employees as their family, nothing to complain about our compensation and we also have health benefits, I enjoy working here and looking forward to more many years working in this amazing company. Kudos to our boss that you can talk directly anytime you want.

    The good thingsGlobal Outsourcing Alliance Team Inc is the Philippine Branch of Outsourcing Alliance Pty Ltd. This company offers a lot of benefits like competitive salaries, bonuses, commissions depending on the account you are holding, free trainings, long term career growth opportunities and many more! The boss is very kind and very approachable. This is the company where you can develop your skills and the learning here is continuous. You will never get bored and you will always feel motivated!
