    The good thingsWell, the friendship that you had with colleagues. However, the management are always thinking about their clients. They wouldn't care about loosing an employee.
    The challengesYou have to at least get closer to the management in order for you to survive. Work alone or isolate yourself could be the worst decision that you're going to take. No one's going to help you especially when you're a lonely worker.
