    The good thingsThe company provides well-structured training programs that effectively prepare employees for their roles. Team leaders demonstrate strong leadership and offer consistent support. Managers are approachable and foster open communication, contributing to a positive and professional working environment. Additionally, the working hours are reasonable and promote a healthy work-life balance.
    The challengesOne minor challenge is the limited pantry space; however, it remains well-maintained and adequately stocked.

    I don't reccommend this company to anyone.
    The good things- Leaders/managers/supervisors are incompetent and micromanage. - Salary is underpaid despite want to hire skilled and professional individuals - Management is not transparent to employees. - Disputes are always an issue - HR is incompetent and doesn't answer your concerns, especially regarding HMOs or salary disputes. Pros May Trabaho ka Cons Delayed salary, power tripping management
