Do not accept an offer from them if you don't want to compromise your sanity.
The good thingsNone at all. I can't remember
The challengesThe management shows no care at all. Despite hitting the quota, they don't care about you. All they care about is the money. There are no incentives at all, and there is no Christmas bonus or Christmas baskets provided every Christmas. No work, no pay. (NOV 1-2) and also during special non working holidays

The good thingsThe staff are engaging, and the environment is a great place. This company is an opportunity for career growth.

Bad experience only do not work here
The good thingsWorkmates only thats all. Other than that no good things anymore pure stress.
The challengesToo much micromanaging. The company and management do not trust the employee. No standard. No benefits just salary. No HR to handle employees well being Only the management's rule take it or leave it

The good thingsThe team and the work from home setup which is only temporary
The challengesToo much micromanaging. If you will not reach the quota it seems like you are useless or not enough and then little to no leaves at all even if you are sick or it's their equipment's fault. Little to no breaks! Too much pressure and too long working hours no more time with family or other activity personally. The management do not care about you. Salary is too low but the work is too much. No other benefits just HMO which is only after a year then 9 leaves per year. They want you to be a robot.

The good thingsThe people here are very friendly and welcoming, they will treat you as part of a family. You'll meet different types of people with different backgrounds especially when conducting face-to-face interviews.
The challengesSometimes the higher management is not open for suggestions. A little to nothing employees engagement program. The incentive is very difficult to get. They have compressed work week which is very challenging if you're living outside Makati.

Learn from the Mistakes of Others
The good thingsThe co-workers during my time there are good and friendly people.
The challengesManagement lacks compassion and acknowledgement to their employees. Salary is low while the workload and pressure NEVER falter. All they want is "high numbers of hires" even if it cost the sanity and safety of their employees.

It's a good start for career growth
The good thingsThere's a lot of aspects in life that you can improve while you work here. The company finds ways to keep their employees excited on a daily basis. Hard work will be rewarded as promised.
The challengesThe company focuses on results, which is good. But there are few activities for employees to get together. Making friends is left to the employees themselves. This is difficult for me as I am not a friendly type of person.

    Good start for freshers
The good thingsThis will give you plenty of experience to help you with your career especially, those who are fresh graduates. The duties will definitely improve your skills. All the employees also seem to be very flexible and willing to take on different tasks.
The challengesA compressed schedule and having to do more work at home will make you struggle with balancing your personal and work life. Management needs to learn how to value each individual employee.

Challenging but enjoyable, refreshing and enlightening. A real headstart for those who just started their career.
The good thingsIt has a Healthy Professional Environment which is conducive to learning and career growth. Provides good perks, and offers good challenge if you want to earn as much experience as you need to know on such field. This company really knows how to give \"headstart\" for those employees and applicants alike. Makes you really happy for the career and job you chose under them.
The challengesThere will always be rooms for imporvement for any companies that are growing. We are happy the way we handle things right now, but I believe as the company grows so should we. So the most notable challenge so far is keeping up the pace without losing encouragement and motivation. Starting strong till the end.

    Work Schedule and everything related
The good thingsthe applicants you'll eventually meet
The challengesAside from the working schedule being compressed, you'll eventually have to work from home as well. Salary range is not worth it if you're gonna think of the amount of time and effort you'll have to pour in just so their company will earn. Not a very friendly of a management, you'll literally have to be a robot in order to prolong your stay with them. Exaggeration much? No.

I worked as service contractual, data collector to be specific and I find it very exciting because it expanded my skills in interacting and communicating to other people.
The good thingsMeeting different people, knowing different personalities and behaviors of various people that enhanced my skills on how to handle them and gave me an experience on how to overcome the fear of interacting with strangers.
The challengesRespondents who do not want to be interviewed. Talking with the respondents who are too agressive. Interviewing a respondents who do not know what to answer, distance of the area, and difficulty of transportaion of the place.
