    Excellent, responsible officer.
    The good thingsMostly people I have met in office and onboard were all so very nice to work with, it a challenge for you to do things more nicer in return.
    The challengesWe can not avoid for sometimes onboard such a minor problems or conflicts with your senior officer but then for me, you need only an adjustment, the worse then if he/ she will take it seriously and without your knowledge she/ he will send a bad/ poor assessment to the principal,,,, and it's too late for you to justify.
