    The good thingsGood things? hmmm well, I've been hired as Marketing Staff, It opened my eyes on how financing company runs, gained experience been transferred to different branches, I was able to develop my communication skills as well and learned how to control myself over stress.

    Easy to go with - so far so good.
    The good thingsEmployees were friendly, and fun to be with. They give me workloads that auits my skills as an intern. But i want to try more of what they are doing, for me to do well and acquire much eniugh skills that i would serve as my experience when i apply to other companies.
    The challengesAt first, i thought they would give e much workloads but it came out not. Because im with my friend. We do share loads. But when she left, I have all the obligation that ojt does. So I manage calls, Checjed emails, route files in and out etc.,

    The challengessince GDFI is financing industry, many people or client come in- out the office, many kind of people you can encountered. me as an employee, i learned in GDFI to become patient and become nice to the borrower eventhough they are hysterical mode.
