A blissful experience that actually helps out in the long run.
The good thingsMy hours were very flexible, which allowed me to comfortably find a balance betwixt my work and personal life. My supervisor, who happened to also be my teacher for the OJT program, was nice to me. Honestly, he was one of the best teacher's I've had. I also did not have to be on a call the whole time to prove I was working, which saved bandwidth and prevented stress.
The challengesI actually didn't find anything significant to write here. Though, admittedly, I wish I had more to do during my internship. I get that there aren't as many holidays out there, I found myself itching to do more art for the school. Maybe if I was given access to a schedule for the school's webinars or something, perhaps that could've scratched my itch away.

    Innovative Institution
The good thingsThis institution is open for change and willing to adopt to its changing environment. With that mindset employees were able to have extraordinary experience. The institution is exerting extra effort in developing itself.
The challengesThe evolving environment that requires a lot of adjustment from the behavior of the employees to the company culture itself. Also the age gap between the employees challenge everyone to work collaboratively.

    First Employer Never Last
The good thingsWhat I loved in this institution are the people I'm working with. There are monthly meeting to update the members of the community on the happenings and to improve the service of the College. The management is very supportive when it comes to professional development. They will allow you to have a month study leave to pass the board exam.
The challengesWhat I found difficult and challenging are the immediate supervisor. She is not open to new ideas that will help the services improve and be better. The management does not provide financial support. The entry level salary is just minimum for a fresh graduate.
