    The good things• Fun and dynamic environment • Management are very considerate with their employees. They believe in work and life balance • Have existing, healthy & long term relationship with clients • Continuously growing with competent IT Professionals • With open door policy (to encourage open communication between the employer and employees) • Promotes transparency and doesn't encourage micromanagement
    The challengesOffice is quite far from where I live but the management is very considerate. We can work on flexible time and we also have an option to work from home as long as you can deliver. They are output driven.

    Colleagues both in Ph and NL are nice to work with.
    The good thingsThey are very helpful and considerate. We are working in an environment where you feel that you are comfortable to work and free to speak your mind.
    The challengesThe challenges are ; 1. You will have to work side by side with NL counter parts. Sometimes there will be some miscommunications. But it is very minimal.
