    Good place to start your career
    The good thingsGreat for fresh grads who are just starting out. The team and managers are supportive, and the environment is healthy and stress-free. There are also quarterly activities to look forward to, and the workload is manageable.
    The challengesWork starts early, so it might be hard at first, but you’ll get used to it over time.

    GREAT COMPANY FOR FRESH GRADS
    The good thingsWork-life balance, no overtime, paid holidays, free coffee and snacks in the pantry, fun team/company events held occasionally/quarterly. Reasonable workload (would love to have more if fairly compensated though) AND nice colleagues, especially HR & AU managers.
    The challengesSince it's my first actual job, The first challenge I had was communicating with the AU managers/colleagues as you might have a hard time perceiving what they actually meant or just literally understanding what they're saying but you'll get better over it and they encourage communication Also, more benefits could be improved; VLs & SLs and some other incentives would go a long way for employees. Lastly, the company's building because their air conditioners are not air conditioning properly tbh

    The good thingsWorklife balance is implemented as the management provides reasonable workload & occasional activities in the office and not solely focus on working in front of the computer all day. The managers, as well as the management, are easily approachable and welcoming and will give you the opportunity to grow by learning/sharing knowledge & skills essential in your field of work.     The good thingsQuick response from HR, my application has been processed as soon as I submitted my resume and proceeded with the interview afterwards. The company was very hands on from training to the actual work itself. My colleagues were very helpful, easy to work with and very professional. When it comes to the salary, I am very satisfied as it surpassed the amount I was asking for. I highly recommend this company.

    The good thingsFree coffee. We are only 27 employees so it is not crowded.
    The challengesPoor communication betwesn the onshore and offshore team. Power tripping is very evident. They only care for the comoany profit and not their employee. No empathy on the side of AU client. They do.not listen.
