    The good thingsthe application process is easy you don't have to go back forth for all the process especially if you are an experienced applicant. Also even if this is not a big pharmaceutical company here in our country they make sure that they are similar with compensation and benefits of other multinational companies.
    The challengesfor me the challenges I encounter are on proper orientation, this only happens for us new group/team that supposed to be handling new products byt because of transitions of higher managers it ended badly for us and theres no proper papers and documentation that we are dissolved.
