The Family-oriented Company
The good thingsGIC started as a small family business and it grew exponentially. The management is very family oriented and down-to-earth. You would feel very welcome within their ranks. The company takes care of its people that is why they have personnel employed as old as the company. The president is very easy to talk to and very supportive.
The challengesImplementing new system might be a little challenging since its an old company but the people are supportive.
