    Poor Salary & Compensation EVER!
The good things8 hour office work Office works as usual with some warehouse works if needed for urgent deliveries.
The challengesAs usual, the management! The reason why your employees are always leaving and therefore, always hiring! Plus the compensation please! The salary itself is even way LOWER than sales agent in big malls which is just even requiring high school graduates, but here, a college graduate but offering super low salary which is quite lower than high school grads! Shame for this.

Working for high IQ but low EQ stakeholders
The good thingsThe office location created a positive image for the startup company. Small perks are well provided but has limitations. The IT infrastructure is good enough but not at par to MNC.
The challengesThe office professional level depends on the mood of the general manager defeating the urgency of the issues and challenges at hand.

The good thingsVery challenging, the Management are aggressive in terms of business decision. Lots of opportunities for everyone
The challengesDifficult and challenging is how we can change the culture of the employees, less resistant to change.
