    The training they offered me and the other staff are life skills! You will bring them for the rest of your life!
    The good thingsThe people, they are very understanding and helpful. There is also a generous amount of commission especially if you are working in a big store. I also gained a lot of experience in business operations including inventory, cash count, store displays, scheduling, etc.
    The challengesIf one of the high ranking manager does not like you, you will not get promoted. You have to please that person.

    The good thingsBased on my experience with my previous job what I love working at sales and fast food is the people behind it my co-workers because it all started there and for being a good employee to my superior and also to my customers.

    The good thingsI like the environment of meeting and assists customers. I learned new things and it made me more progressive. And lastly, i met any kind of workmates, i got a salary that helps my family.And being in a retail industry helps me to boost my confidence.
    The challengesI crossed a lot of challenges,failures but because of my strong personality i've worked and let myself to get over my failures and stand and prove to them that i deserved to be in the industry. And in challenges of being in a retail is u met a lot of customer complains and you must deal with it in a very precise manner.
