    The good thingsFirst of all, your salary rate will be based on how deep your previous experience in a specific field that they needed, which means you maybe already graduated more than a decade ago yet your salary will still be low just because your skills in the job you’re applying in your field of expertise is still shallow. You gotta be specialist to have a high salary The company management have strong core value on work and life balance, meaning, if you are not looking for fast pacing work environment, GHD PH is for you. The management takes care of your welfare, they give all kinds social benefits that leads to more comfortable life The management is very generous on giving skills trainings, so if you want to be the jack of many trades, GHD PH is for you. The only reason why you will be stagnated on the number of new skills while you’re in GHD PH is your lack of interest to learn new things that the management is generously giving to everybody

    Best design experience for graduate engineers
    The good thingsAs a graduate engineer, you will be tasked with the design of various structures. Your colleagues are there to mentor you and are ready to give you advice on various things. Although there is a steep learning curve for first time engineers, you will eventually get the hang of it. Overall, the company has a good working environment while providing graduate engineers with lots of design experience.
    The challengesAfter 2 years of work experience in the company, structures and task could become repetitive. It would also help if junior engineers would be exposed to other tasks like writing job proposal, and eventually job management. It is better to start grooming them at an early age for bigger roles. The company could also do well by providing more training and seminars for it employees. Lastly, although the salary is average for multinational companies, the salary increase every year is too little that it is not even enough to combat inflation.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here due to the working envirinment and very approcahable co-employees and boss. I also enjoy working here because i learn a lot of things in the field that im working and i was also able to share some knowledge to other co-workers.
    The challengesI think they can improve much if the management will be the same as ever, like same polices before in terms of working hours.

    The good thingsThe environment is great, fair with all employees, mandated all government benifits, gives people a training in new softwares, understand the personal issues of their employees, gives fair performance review. The management is easy to deal with. I love working at ghd. They provide high quality of services and with honesty and integrity in our work.
    The challengesChallages are being task to do works with a new softaware, but you will have a training, but it hard first, aside from that dealing with other operating centers ang expats the language barrier is also a disadvntit is a great training . Dealing with projects that has a small alloted hours, spending overtime with your boss and having a lot of projects.
