    Needs improvement in some departments
The good thingsLocal colleagues are friendly and approachable. Current GM is also caring
The challengesYou can feel the micromanagement, and some leadership styles just don’t help the team be productive. Work-life balance isn’t really followed in some departments

    Inconsistent rules. Too much micromanagement
The good thingsFlexible time and salary on time
The challengesYou will be assigned for a job that you were not experienced to do and they will expecting too much without giving enough time to study and train. Changing of benefits without notifying the employees. Top management will micromanage you even there is a person in charge for you.

    Not a newbie friendly environment
The good thingsFlexible time. Salary on time. Easy to file leave. Adhoc work from home once a month.
The challengesToo many adhoc tasks. You basically don't have much time to do your thing. No room for mistakes. Team managers doesn't know how to assess their people's skillset that they just put them into tasks that they are not in forte. They give you too many tasks to the point that your time to learn technologies are gone. They implement a policy/rule but most of the time they don't follow.
