Very very long hours of work, work on weekends, work on holidays. SALARY IS SUPER LOW

The good thingsThe only good thing is that i was sent to train zeis equipment in dubai

The challengesThe management, The Operations Head, one of the Owners, she is micro managing, and you cant even discuss anything with the other sibling doctor, he will just stop you and will tell you to not talk to him about anything it because he doesn't care

I am not happy in my duty since when i start in george optical specialy in damage for the i been work there but my salary has no increase.

The good thingsThe good thing is about in my co worker they are so friendly..
