    Not competitive Slow response
    The good thingsNo good things, they just want to collect clients but the support and executives are awful. after the client fully paid the contract they just entertain you minimal and worst no response and Also the CEO not good at all

    Good training ground until work from home set up started!
    The good thingsNice work environment in the development side of the company.
    The challengesThere is no fix structure of the team any person with higher authority can give task in any desired time. Timeline for task is unreasonable and disguised in words like 'ASAP' , 'Urgent', 'Top priority' and 'rush'. PM's then to just attend meetings but didn't know how to system works. And you can't increase or pay rise if the executive didn't know you personally.

    The good thingsThe colleagues are competitive and helping each other. They shared knowledge, skills and learning that is essential for the next job. The company provided a good working environment with air-conditioned office.
    The challengesThe distribution of task is not fair. Also, the target dates and deadline sometimes are impossible to meet. Overtimes and overstay in the office we're not compensated and cannot be monetized. There were no recreation activities for the employees and management is overly strict.
