GIPI/UCFC was a very challenging company.The good thingsI really enjoyed being with my co-workers working as a teamwork and we also treat each other like a family. there is a time of fun and seriousness but the most important is we love what we are doing as a team.
The challengesthe greatest challenges for me is how to make our customers satisfied for our services especially when it comes to customers claim, we're trying our best to resolve every claims we encountered. irate customers are really not easy to please but we are trying to be very patient and always attentive to their concern and make a prompt action for it.
