    a challenging and stressful work experience
    The good thingsThey trusted me with bigger roles even if I am just new to the company. The Top Management would also give rewards such as incentive trips especially if they see that you are really contributing to the company
    The challengesThe Top Management are not yet totally sold out in establishing a Quality and Food Safety System. They are still focus on hitting sales revenue and profit. Still on the \"firefighting mode\". Silo mentality is also evident. There is also judging and blaming if an issue arises.
