    The best company there is
    The good thingsThe benefits are just spectacular. The salaries are above board. The business environment is conducive to employees. But really, the benefits aside from the 13th month, there are a lot of bonuses and perks.
    The challengesThis company has been existing for several decades, thus, the system and procedures are already in-placed. You will just make a little improvement to just update it a bit.
