    Unpleasant employment experience ever!
The good thingsfree coffee and rice
The challengesHR does not truly appreciate any effort, contribution or hard work. Though I worked over and beyond the job description, wasn't even given the courtesy of letting me finish the 30 day turnover period.. The most unpleasant start up work experience for me .

Starting company with a great potential.
The good thingsPeople are very welcoming. There is a free rice, supply of warm and cold water. The company is also complying to mandated government benefits and is very punctual for the time-ins and outs. The company is also operating weekdays from 9-6, while for weekends, 9-2pm, which is very gallant for a starting company
The challengesFrom time to time, there will be instructions that are too confusing to follow, especially from the employers. I would say that the challenge here is how to make the company as competitive as other companies in the industry, since the company has a great potential against other known companies in its chosen market.
