GFII ReviewThe good thingsThe only good thing that I experience here is I was able to do negotiations. As a former purchasing assistant of this company, I was able to create or build good relationship with the suppliers. Though the only thing that make it not worth it to stay was the incompetent salary and the people inside of it.
The challengesThe biggest challenge that I encountered is to make a way to be able to have stocks for the international buyers on time. My job here was really time pressure. For a short period of time you need to complete the list of goods that the buyers needed. Yes, it may seems easy but the challenge there was having not just one buyer but a lot. I handled buyers from Canada, Australia and Europe.
