My 2nd HomeThe good thingsEmployers were like my 2nd family. They thought me a lot specially about in our industry. Because of them I developed my interpersonal skills. The company gave great benefits that we deserve. They treat everyone fair. If we have a problem financially, emotionally they always there to lean. That's why I called them as my 2nd family and the company is my 2nd home.
The challengesFor almost 2 years in this company, I guess the challenging part in this industry is how to handle different employer of course we have a lot of employer from different company and different country. As recruitment officer we need to entertain them feel them that they are very welcome, we need to socialize with them and try to understand their cultures even their languages.
