    More to offer
The good thingsThey gave me an opportunity to excel more in my craft in more ways than I have imagined by giving me a promotion that I didn't expect at that time. It was challenging but the mere fact that they chose me, it was very humbling.
The challengesThey should invest more in giving their employees more benefits and incentives such as leave credits.
