To my manager who always supports me in my sales performance and help understand my clients about the product and services. I appreciate the sales incentive scheme give us and transparent payment scheme. I hope for this company will last long and more sales to come.
The challengesMy challenge for the company is to create a good relationship to each employee and to have a fair decision making especially those who are willing to stay in the company.
