    Great working environment
    The good thingsI had a great time working as a product officer for League of Legends, Garena PH. I was part of a vibrant, energetic team of extremely smart, incredibly funny individuals. I never felt out of place, considering everyone was in the same age group as I am (mid 20s-early 30s). I learned a lot from my role, particularly in the digital marketing aspect of the job.
    The challengesGarena is a good place to start for a fresh grad, but if you want to grow further as an employee and as an individual, generally, you may want to look elsewhere. The main challenge is that the tasks may get a bit repetitive and boring over time and you might start to feel like you are stagnating. The pay isn't the best either. TL;DR: If you want to be in a fun environment, and a job that doesn't feel like a job, this is the place for you. If you want growth and career advancement, look elsewhere.

    An experience to remember
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in this because of the people I worked with. The company has a fun environment which made it an easy place to work in.
    The challengesThe only thing I didn't really like about this company is how office politics is really practiced. The company has no recruitment team. The recruitment process is uncoordinated. And the General Manager hires people he personally knows who does not undergo any of the \"recruitment process\" and puts them on big roles without any proper training / experience which is really unfair to current employees
