    During my time at Gardenia, I appreciated some of the benefits the company offered, such as the shuttle service, meal subsidy, and the free bread provided every day. However, there were also challenges that affected the overall experience. The work culture was not very positive, with leaders tending to micromanage, and there was no clear guidance on career growth or development. Additionally, it often felt like the focus was more on money than on people, which impacted employee morale and engagement.

    The challengesworkload workload workload due to lack of staff ; hoping recruitment to please work on it... being qa in a shifting schedule plus working during holidays, making reports etc is not an easy task... unlike in the offices morning shift , not required to work in a holiday and in graveyard shift.

    The good thingsLots of trainings, engagement activities and/or extra-curricular events inside the plant. I've been with Gardenia for more than 5 years. The compensation is average, good thing Gardenia has competitive benefits.
    The challengesAs QA you will experience in-line, warehouse and laboratory, and systems, time will come and you will become tired/fatigue, possible due to temperature (hot), shifting schedule and overtime.

    The good thingsThe HR is a combination of young and tenured employees. Tenured professional will help you on your tasks at the same time will push you through your limits - related to pressure. I was assigned as an ER Specialist and did handle lots of cases. Additional - competitive benefits and lots of training/employee engagement activities

    The good thingsMy SQA family is very fun and enthusiastic. Recently we just had our party with our Managers who are also very supportive in our activities and etc.
    The challengesThe temperature inside the production or when in-line is kind a hot. Highly recommended to take medicines like vitamins C when becoming a QA professional at Gardenia. The good thing is this company offers free vitamins every month.

    The good thingsThis company also offers other trainings that are beneficial for your mental health, environmental sustainability, community service and financial and etc. The QA here almost adopt the work office setup, 5 days a week but still shifting schedule.

    The challengesWorking station is decent but a bit lower compared to company in Consulting, IT Solutions or Service Industry, well technically this company is a manufacturing one. I think they have already worked-out having a good working place.

    The good thingsThe company offer average salary but competitive benefits in a form of cash and non cash as well. There's a lot of trainings like Mental Health Awareness, Sustainability, Financial Literacy, Leadership and Communication and many more. The work-life balance could improve it depends on your time management and how you deal with multi-tasks. They have the friendly and a combination of young and senior leaders or managers that are very inspiring and accommodating.
