    The good thingsWorking as a Farm Veterinarian at GAMA Foods has been an incredible experience. From day one, you get full training on poultry production stages through their Pathway to Excellence program, guided by competent managers and experienced veterinarians. The company provides free meals and accommodation, and the work environment is supportive and friendly, making it easy to learn and grow.     The challengesOne I consider a challenge is my travel from home to work normally it takes 45mins but given the current traffic and road repairs, some times it consumes 1hr-1hr15mins travel time.

    The good thingsthe good things in working here is that I joined in a friendly department and I appreciate the importance of refrigeration and airconditioning system which is related to Mechanical Engineering field.
    The challengesThe challenges I encounter in the company is that they lack in manuals and proper guidelines for the monitoring and preventive maintenance of the machines which is very difficult for me as new in this kind of working environment.
