    Good company with a lot of potential for development
    The good thingsThe environment is like a family. You get to communicate well with your workmates even the plant manager and the owners. The company is still developing, it has great potential for development. Salary is good especially if you stayed there for a long time.
    The challengesDuring my stay, there are residential places near the manufacturing plant so if I do a night shift I feel unsafe.
