    Micromanaging, too much rules, doesn’t follow labor law
    The good thingsPizza night? Free cake? Lol These are usual or normal to all companies. They’re proud that this is part of their benefits
    The challengesMicromanaging boss, rude managers, too strict with everything and everywhere. You can even laugh in the office or walk fast, beyond low salary comparing to the standard pay scale

    The good thingsNone, no employee engagement for the last 4 months until we have notified them.
    The challengesThe management, the bad equipment that they will be giving you - full depreciated, no training and development, no other career enhancement activities.

    Work itself is good.
    The good thingsEasy to get a VL and SL if needed. Also they give importance on checking their employees health and mental welfare during the heightened times of pandemic. Holiday/Special Calendar events are not stopped despite the WFH situation as they still provide games and stuff thru video meets. And you get a cake on your birthday aside from the automatic Bday Leave! Also fixed Sat-Sun off and normal days of work hours.
    The challengesConstant changes to rules and regulations on benefits and bonuses without a sustained update and itemized or focused discussion involving the parties concerned. Also, proper application and fairness on the base salary of current and new employees could have also been monitored and improved.

    The good thingsnot that much, if there's probably the only good thing is the location as its accessible to employees.
    The challenges- 13th month always delayed - no other perks - allowances kinda too small (2k) - bad management - politics inside the company - management doesn't listen to employees suggestions during pandemic

    With a not-so-good management comes great experience
    The good thingsWork location and office environment is fine. Perks include meal allowance, free instant coffee and pizza Friday.
    The challengesPro-client (most of the time), anti-employee (never felt valuable). HR and admin department needs improvement. Kuripot.

    The good thingsSimple and small environment. You don't need to deal w/ lots of people. fixed dayshift schedule.
    The challengesIt is still a small company. Benefit you get is only 1 free HMO, no yearly increase. Job security is a fail, again depends on what account you are put in.

    Better than my previous companies
    The good things-Good start for a financial background with mortgage. -Dayshift and fixed schedule with a good offer than any other companies that offers very low salary and a rotating shift. -Best for those who wants to pursue Master's Degree -Since owned by an Australian, I found them not stingy in terms of offer, monthly raffle and Pizza for everyone. Not bad. -Non-toxic environment -People are good to work with. -Onshore people are very very approachable and open for feedback.
    The challenges-I'm not also into training since everything will be learned when you're already on the application process but hopefully more calibration please. -Yearly increase and monthly bonus should be implemented -Opportunity to have a higher position since they are aiming for people to work for a long time.

    Simple & Easy
    The good thingsGBSS is a small BPO company and have a very simple rules & policy. I start working here in 2016 and so far the experience is great. Although, their HMO is not good as compared to other company, I would say that still fair. Their benefits will depend as to which department you will join. They only have few VL credits but pretty easy to obtain approval.
    The challengesDown side of a small business like GBSS is there are no rooms for developments, trainings and growth. There are only few numbers of staff and department hence don't expect a opportunities such as managerial or supervisory level.

    A fairly good BPO company
    The good thingsThe day shift working schedule is very good as well as the Sat & Sunday off. In terms of salary they provide a very competitive rate. Office location is perfect as well. The workload aren't that stressing and people are very nice.

    The good thingsAmbiance is indeed a great factor, in addition to the people around the environment, it adds up to your drive to enjoy the work and be motivated. Also the people that are not just concerned as a normal individual who are just doing a routine task but also encourages and give compliments on your success has a great impact and boosts the energy to strive for what is your aim and be more productive.
    The challengesIt would be better to have a leader that has a concern not just a normal employee but also tries to reach with in the subordinates mental,physical and emotional state as it is base of their whole personality and can be strength to may better results.A leader the pushes the concern together with their subordinate and learns with them.Moral value almost forgotten on some workplace a must to consider
