    The good thingsthe salary is not that bad the workplace is great, your co employee are fun to interact with. your superiors are very helpful and a good mentors, much more to learn to help us improve and being efficient, and casual in ethics.
    The challengesthe challenges are to adjust on the work environment as for me being a fresh graduate, knowing the things im not use to, like for example, I'm a electric engr. but i also need to deal with aircons(AHU) which i need to learn because its not my expertise, i think the hard part is constant learning while working
