    The good thingsWorking at G4S was an eye opener. This was my first to be exposed and be in charged with all HR facets. Working as a Senior HR Officer has honed me into a better HR professional. As an HR Generalist, I became familiar with all issues related to HR. It was challenging, but at the same time, very fulfilling to be able to accomplish great things.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I had is being assigned to a detachment so communicating at the head office was a struggle. It helps to have constant communication and clear direction.

The management is quite good. The co facilities technician are awesome they also teach about something i didnt know and have good experience in daily activities with the technicians. Good job!!!!!!!
    The challengesThere are some challenges in this company. Based on my experience the challenge is hoe to handle the situation with only you is to decide due to the problem in the facilities Because troubleshooting is a big problem. Like power lost, low air conditioning, false fire alarm, clogged urinals or lavatory. As a technician you need to respond immediately and you must know what to do in a short period
