    This company cares for employees
The good thingsBeen here for 4 years and so far it has been pleasant.
The challengesIt did not start well for many employees but after management changes, the company has been very competent and responsible in taking care of us employees especially during the pandemic.

The good thingsThe company is family, There were challenges , there were obstacles but by the end of the day.. everyone works together as a family... These people (the employees) became the reason why, even if i am not from Cebu, Cebu city became home to me... through all ups and downs... i always enjoyed waking up every day and excited to go to work.. Office is home.. Employees are my family.. I miss them all.
The challengesA lot, but no challenge is too difficult... it's part of the process of growing up and evolving.

THANKFUL TO BE WORKING IN THIS COMPANY
The good things- the management are very supportive. - the working schedule, Monday-Friday (9:00am-6:00pm) - the office environment - free foods (coffee, milo, tea, mineral water, rice for lunch) - management are always willing to listen to whatever concerns employee/s would raise - ideas are welcome to the management - management are supportive when filing a vacation leave, they know that important matters, relaxation and time away from work to unwind are crucial to employees.
The challengesnone. for as long as you are able to adjust with the working environment here.

    Politics
The good thingsEmployees are super friendly.
The challengesEverything that describes office politics. Web development: You get stagnant. You think you are developing your skills here but once you try to compete your knowledge outside, you seemed to feel that what you learn here is useless. Because there's no superior that will guide you to proper web development. Even the superior/lead developer doesn't have idea what is currently the best practice used in the programming community.

The good thingsCo-workers are warm and approachable. Holidays depend on which country the branch is based. Morning shift = healthy and balanced lifestyle for individuals. Free coffee, tea, snacks, Japanese goodies, etc. at work. The work environment seems like home -- huge space, reliable tools and equipment for each dedicated task
The challengesDevoted and specific days for vacation and relaxation not just merely applying for leaves because employees tend to exhaust themselves and save their leaves so it would be converted to cash. Slow internet connection.

A place where I can meet myself.
The good thingsThe workplace is a good example for a fresh graduate who wanted to have their life and work balance. The employer is super approachable and generous, what I want in the company is that what I'm doing in my workplace can be applied in my personal life. Also the people around me feels like a family, I belong to a team who are mostly guys and I just felt that it was nice to have this feeling about having brothers who supports you in every way. All in all this place is a blessing in disguised.
The challengesThe only challenge that I've come up so far is the adjustment, it was kinda hard to know what their standard.

    The company is very nice.
The good thingsThere's no pressure here. you can chill if you want to. the work load is not so heavy and you can just schedule a time when will you finish your work load. Overall the company is good. The workplace is very nice. . The employers are very kind and Generous and also the employees are very friendly.
The challengesThe only challenges here is for you to adjust if you are still new in this company. You need to follow what the employers want to have like about the quality of the vocals to edit, you should follow their standards.

I don't come to work here everyday because I need to but because I love to.
The good things-We have the coolest boss -Our managers are approachable. If we have suggestions, they always consider it. -The management always makes sure that we are comfortable in the office. -Free food. ;) -They don't stop you from learning new things. They allow you to study during office hours if you don't have any tasks. -Co-employees are friendly. All of us are close even if you're in the different department.
The challenges-More incentives and employee benefits (example: attendance incentive) because that is also one way of motivating the employee to discipline his/herself to come to work on time.

    I'm still in the company
The good thingsThe people. The Bosses. The type of work is in line with my passion. The accessibility of the location. The workplace environment. The work hours.
The challenges-Language barrier -Coming from bigger companies, it took time to adjust with way lower salary. -Since it's a fairly new company, there are still a lot of processes to be worked on but is already being done by the management which is a good thing. -Less interaction with head office. Most probably because of language barrier.
