    Very good company and the management as well!
    The good thingsThey make sure the employees are taken cared of. Well compensation.
    The challengesDuring the pandemic, it is the only challenge I experienced but FWD make sure that the employees are secured with their jobs.

    The good thingsAll colleagues are excellent and competitive which will keep you on your toes to always do your best. The company is also passionate about customer-centric projects.
    The challengesCEO does not really care about employees. He's now encouraging people to come to the office even without the vaccine available. He doesnt also think that people are productive in work from home after all of the projects that he asked to launch
