In my town it’s hard to find a job that pays the same as with FWD. this is the company for you if you seek for higher paycheck. However, greater salaries comes with greater stress in terms of monthly sales. If you believe that you have a strong background in Insurance and sales, this is for you.
The challengesOne of the major challenges that I encounter are the Monthly sales production. This explains everything. 2nd your production depends also on the branch you are in and most especially the personnel in the bank. They are your key people. They are your referrers! You need to get along to all of them and encourage them everyday to refer. That’s is one of the major challenge I encounter. Above all of the challenges, this company is competive, awesome and rewarding.
