    The good thingsThe friendly and homey atmosphere is what I love the most. It has an understanding top management whose goal is simply to see their employees excelling and craving for more challenges. Whether you are experience or a fresh graduate yet undecided as to which company to share your skills and talents with, I highly encourage you to give FVJ a try. I am confident that you will never go wrong.
    The challengesPerhaps the only challenge I encountered is to constantly upgrade my knowledge and expertise, although it is more of a motivation for me to perform better.

    The good thingsi am happy and enjoy because i explore my self. its a big help to me the way they trained and teaching me the standard procedure of cooking and platting according to the company standard as well. as a commis this is a wonderful experience.
    The challengesits difficult for me to understand there rolls and regulation before but now i learned already how to obey the rolls and how the management prepared for there staff and i am really appreciate of what they have done to let the employee or staff satisfied.
