    Good place to start out
The good thingsSmall team, good place to learn the ropes for whatever skills you're trying to gain. Perks were pretty good.
The challengesCulture used to be great, wasn't the same towards the end. Management could use training.

Below average work with no career growth potential
The good thingsHeads of Department checks the employee's welfare. The employer compensates their employees with their "fully stocked" pantry and keeping them well fed. Employees also have monthly food allowance and also have monthly lunch outs. work from home employees are given a small allowance for electricity and internet.
The challengesAs an IT assistant for this company, expect a lot of stress coming from the heads of department. As you will be providing support for 3 companies, 2 of which are sister companies, which is not indicated in the job posting or job role/responsibilities. Employees are also measured by a tracking application that measures your productivity based on your mouse clicks and keyboard presses and less measured by the work you have completed or projects you have contributed to the company. rare to no opportunity for career growth in the IT field since you will be busy catering to employee needs all through out the day. Their career growth opportunities mostly cater to their Training department and no opportunities to IT. Their IT infrastructure is also poor as there is no obvious investment made into it. They do not have a dedicated IT department with its own IT Manager. You will be most of the time trying to figure out almost everything on your own or calling/contacting service providers when things go south. HMO is also poor as coordinating with them is a hassle.

    Fast growing, friendly company
The good thingsRapid growth and lots of opportunities to learn valuable skills and advance. Lots of perks such as company lunches out every month, two in-office lunches provided per week, drinks and Nintendo Switch on Friday afternoons. Casual dress code.
The challengesThis office services the Australian company and expects staff to perform, be on time to work and other basic professional standards required in BPOs.

    Great place to work in!
The good thingsAnnual salary review for salary increase, annual overseas trips (when annual company goals are achieved), free pantry food, veggie Tuesdays and Thursdays, great location and shift, company promotes work life balance, people are friendly and helpful.
The challengesIndustry is pretty niche, so it will take some time to learn the ropes.

    Very dynamic. Perhaps too dynamic.
The good thingsPeople are nice and friendly. Company provides monthly lunch outs and veggie Tuesdays and Thursdays. Overall inter-personal relationships are very nice. If you catch them when they're not busy, people are usually willing to help out or answer questions.
The challengesAs a small company, duties can switch very quickly. You will be asked, perhaps gradually or suddenly, to slowly take on more responsibilities that are not in your job description. Reviews tend to be late. People do tend to be overworked because of the volume of clients and number of personnel.

    Great!
The good thingsI enjoy the camaraderie that all employees have with each other. Everyone is always so willing to help out and to guide the new ones. So far, everyone has been very friendly and very hardworking, but they do strike a very great balance between life and work, which is something I greatly appreciate.
The challengesThere are some processes that could hopefully be streamlined for more efficient services. Also, the office could consider having more space so that new employees could have their own spots as soon as they get started with work.

    Good People with Good Challenges
The good thingsThe company is made up of wonderful people who are very professional and amiable when you have issues or difficulties at work. I was already well-acquainted with a lot of people in the first few weeks of my employment.
The challengesAs members of a new and budding department it can be challenging what exactly are your expectations in the company. As time goes on, more improvements in the process and structures can be observed but some clarity is still preferable.

    Good company, great people!
The good thingsWorking environment is good and the schedule and other benefits are really helpful to the employees. The management also provides good access to means for professional development and growth. I also love going to the company events!
The challengesSometimes tasks and responsibilities would blow out (due to ad hoc ones) and one work day might not be enough to finish everything. There needs to be better forecasting in terms of the students' needs and the employees' workload.
