    Great company with lots of benefits
    The good thingsThey're salary is a little bit over the average industry standard. They are the number one name with regards to quality and after sales services. Their people are topnotch and are being pirated regularly by the competition. You'll have lots of opportunities outside once you get in this company. They have good managers. Their work and life balance is ok. The work load is not too heavy.
    The challengesManagement needs to do something about favoring specific people to whom they are close with. Also, power tripping by the higher management should be eliminated. Have more training for career development of the workers to keep their skills and knowledge up to speed. Also, conduct training for the personal development of the employees.

    The good thingsFuji Xerox Phils (FXP) is a boot camp. It's a very good training ground for any working professional due to the unique combination of excellent organizational training and development, highly challenging and competitive industry and an ever increasing level of customer standards.
    The challengesFXP is challenged by talent retention. As it continue to mold future leaders of the company, FXP lack a sustainable way of keeping talents within their confines. Competitors are fast to act on this by targeting FXPs employees known in the industry to be the cream of the crop.
