    Thankful and grateful that I was able to leave...
    The good thingsyou're if lucky if you'll be place in QA department the management are great even if some of the lower position are a bit entitled.
    The challengesMost, not all, people from the lower position are so entitled (i.e GL, Leader, clerck, interpreter) just because they were there before you.

    A Good work opportunity for those people within Laguna area.
    The good things1. If you have process Engineering experience prior to this, It will be easy for you to cope with the manufacturing process and reports. 2. You will learn about the camera manufacturing process and you will think of some continuous improvements for the processes that need to improve. 3. Some Co-workers here are kind and empathetic. Employees here are being taught to show courtesy and respect to other people and Superiors. 4. Very strict to quality assurance of produced cameras which is very challenging on how to make further improvements since the process is 100% manual assembly.
    The challenges1. Lack of shuttle allocation especially from employees coming from far places such as in Metro Manila. 2. No Work-Life Balance for some employees, Too much over time due to demand. Really exhausting work for production leaders and operators.

    The challengesVirtually new in operations locally, expect the growing pains of newly established company. Getting the right combination of people who will manage the different divisions, issues on logistics, sales and marketing, accounting and general admin.

    The good thingsWorking in a big company like Fujifilm brings a lot of opportunity in my career. I have a chance to work with professional colleagues, great boss and supportive teammates. Employees are given with a lot of training and seminars supplemental to our work and personal growth. The salary and benefits are competitive.

    The challengesBecause it is new, there are many things to consider and many rooms for improvement. The benefits, trainings and the systems as well should be considered.
