    The good thingsMeeting new people. dealing good with my some workmates, well facilitated company, hangouts when there are occasions, lot of experience as a first time worker. dealing with your boss keeps you disciplined and motivated by some programs in line with company objectives. its a good company though. a nice training ground experience for fresh grad. the challenges everyday will keep you getting stronger
    The challengesfirst thing is adjusting with many people, your co-employees individual differences. the way they treat you. Trust is an issue. just know who you're going to trust because they might screw you up and even worse than what you think just to get what position they want. the cyclical job responsibilities,it's boring when you last long in the job and not easily promoted 'cause there are so many process
