    Develop your good personality and good experience.
    The good thingsI was enjoying with my co-workers because my Head dept. is not much strict. I've learned about new ideas specially in payroll. I've learned the software payroll. I've learned how to make decision in a right way as i am now the Team Leader or Supervisor in my own Department. Human Resource Dept. is always the Center and policies must be implemented in the Company.
    The challengesWhen i am in-charge in my department and and my co-team/department well cooperated, we make sure that payroll of 1,000 employee was always success in every weekly and semi-monthly payroll. Not much complaint during pay-date or pay-out. When our Head Dept. was giving me an update report and he was satisfied by my report and i am very proud to myself.

    The good thingsYou will learn how to make a decision on your own.. They accept your opinion, The owner of the company has a good heart to their employee they give all opportunity to grow and learn. you'll have your freedom to speak to share your ideas. They provide good benefits to their employee example leave accreditation (especially birthday leave with cash gift) rice benefits and many more.
    The challengesThey challenge me in the aspect that I’m a high school graduate I don’t have a college diploma but they treated me that Im one of them. If you can do what they want or you can meet what they expect they are happy with that no more questions ask.. That is always a challenge for me to expect their expectation without a tittle.
